Jeff that’s wonderful news!!! YAHOO!!!! Congratulations!!! Unfortunately for me my car is still sitting in Midlothian ,TX. It’s been sitting there for 8 weeks now with no end in sight. Event code is 4B00, “bayed and delayed “ status. Dealer is now telling me he believes it is “missing a part”. It’s definitely not a chip hold he says but it must be missing a part so until they get that resolved my car will sit there.

I am so happy for you though and AmandaS!!! Enjoy your beautiful new Escalade when you get it and MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!🎄

AmandaS ~ Congrats!!! I’m so happy for you!! My car has been built and “bayed” for 6 weeks now, still waiting to be shipped to dealership. They have no timeframe for me but it is built and should be shipped out soon, I hope! So happy for you!!! Enjoy!!

That’s good news!! I’m still waiting for an update from my dealer as I have not heard back from him yet. We will have to keep our fingers and toes crossed!!

My 2022 Premium Luxury Escalade ESV was built 10/25 and was sent from Arlington, TX to Midlothian, TX where it has been sitting and waiting to be shipped out. My dealer said all the MY22 he has ordered and were just built are all sitting there with mine and it says “delayed” in his system for all of them. He said he’s not sure why because they aren’t in a chip hold but he thinks they are shipping out the remainder of the MY21’s y that they have there. So hopefully they will start shipping ours out soon🤞🏻

Hello everyone! I ordered my 2021 Premium Luxury Platinum on 3/11 and was told then by my dealership I could expect my car in 3-4 months which would be by July. I am still getting the same auto message from Cadillac site saying my “order has not been officially accepted by GM at this time.” When I speak to someone at Cadillac they keep telling me that my order has been accepted by GM but there is no target production date yet. They said my event code is at 1100, which it’s been there pretty since it was ordered. I’m wondering if my car will ever get picked up at this point. My dealership manager that does the ordering said yesterday that he’s very frustrated by what’s going on and they have given up on estimating when people will receive their vehicles. 🙁

Hi ya’ll! Ordered my 2021 Premium Luxury Platinum ESV back on March 11th and still has NOT been officially accepted by GM 🙁 Was told expect it in 3-4 months by my dealership from order date but I’m having my doubts now….
