Cadillac CT4 Shoppers Have Two Weeks Left To Place A Factory Order

Ok, you caught us. We used an image of a 2022 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing finished in Infrared Tintcoat rather than the Radiant Red Tintcoat color, which replaced it for the 2023 model year and is still available to order for the next two weeks. If you’re that familiar with the CT4 and have always imagined building out your own factory order, perhaps you should consider making that dream a reality before time runs out.

As we previously reported, the luxury marque will close the order books for good on the Cadillac CT4 during the week of April 20th, 2026. After that, buyers will be limited to picking whatever is available in dealer inventory. So, if you have a very specific CT4 in mind – say a Blackwing with a manual transmission, optional Jet Black quilted ventilated seats, which means ticking the box for the Technology Package along with a sunroof, Tech Bronze wheels, bronze calipers, and Typhoon Metallic – then you might want to snuff out any remaining allocations while you still can. Just make sure that your dealer of choice is

If you’re less finicky about which colors and options your CT4 has, including its powertrain and drivetrain configuration, then the matter is certainly less urgent. As of this writing, Cadillac’s inventory search shows 1,370 units of the Cadillac CT4 on dealer lots, including 350 2025 models and 1,020 units of the 2026.

As a reminder for those who might be less familiar, the Cadillac CT4 sedan is available with three different engines, including a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder for the base CT4, a 2.7-liter turbo-four (in two different outputs) for the Premium Luxury 500T and CT4-V, and a twin-turbo 3.6-liter V6 for the range-topping CT4-V Blackwing. Notably, a manual transmission is only available for the Blackwing model.

If you’re not in the position to buy, don’t fret. A second-generation CT5 may assuage shoppers with their hearts set on a high-performance Cadillac sedan.

  1. Word of caution for any potential buyers of Cadillac vehicles. Be prepared to be quote long lead times for warrenty service for your car. 5 local dealers near where i live quoted me leads times in months for warrenty service where i would need to leave my primary daily driven car without a loaner during that time. Absolutely rediculous they dont have enough qualified technicians to do the work. I was getting some codes that required them to change some solenoids. Car is now out of warrenty so i have to pay out of pocket to fix. And its not gonna be cheap. As much as i like these cars its just not worth putting up with not being able to get your car serviced under warrenty
