The Cadillac Society Take

Cadillac Mexico sales ended the 2022 calendar year on a high note, registering an impressive triple-digit increase in December. The results enable the luxury marque to finish the last three months of the year in the green in the Latin American country. In fact, the 179 units registered in December represent one of the best monthly figures that Cadillac has ever posted in the Mexican market.

Once again, the three Cadillac utility vehicles managed to increase their sales in December with outstanding three- and four-digit growth rates. The Cadillac Escalade continued to lead with a very impressive performance, making it the brand’s best-selling model, recovering from the commercial setback experienced in September as a result of low inventory levels throughout the local market. Incidentally, the improvement in Escalade sales coincided with the recent launch of the high-performance Escalade-V in the Mexican market.

For its part, the Cadillac XT5 experienced the highest growth rate both during December as well as during the entire calendar year thanks to improved inventory levels. This enabled the five-passenger crossover to be the second-best-selling Cadillac in Mexico, both during December and the 2022 calendar year.
