2022 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing: Live Photos

The 2022 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing made splashdown back in February, dropping in as the new range-topping performance model in the CT4 lineup. Now, we’re getting a look at the latest hot-to-trot four-door as it plies some real-world streets.

This particular 2022 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing is covered in Shadow Metallic paint, offered as an optional hue for an extra $625. The color gives the high-performance sedan a relatively understated look, especially considering all the go-faster gear it’s packing.

Up front, we see the 2022 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing’s reshaped front bumper, which includes reshaped intakes added in the sides. The V-shaped headlamps and lighting signatures are drawn back into fenders, leading the eye along the shoulder line to 18-inch, multi-spoke wheels with a black finish. The wheels are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires, which are staggered at 255/35R18 in front and 275/35R18 in back.

The black wheels are complemented by additional black trim, including the window surrounds. Lower in the front door, we spot the V-Series badge, while under the rollers is a set of upgraded Brembo brakes. Magnetic Ride Control 4.0 suspension helps to keep it shiny side up.

Moving around to the rear end, we find the 2022 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing adds in a new spoiler on the trunk, which enhances the look with a blade-like aero element. The lower rear fascia runs a diffuser-look insert, which also houses quad exhaust tips.

Customers can add aesthetic enhancements with two Carbon Fiber Packages, adding things like a new front splitter, wheel well air deflectors, front dive planes, and an even larger rear spoiler.

The 2022 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing starts at $59,990, with deliveries set to launch this summer. Early reservations are currently full.

  1. Try as I might, I cannot get onboard with the blacked out look. To me it speaks of low-end cheapness. For this much money I want flash and dazzle.

  2. This is a good looking car.
