    I ordered CT5v in September. I told dealer that I don’t need the vehicle until May. He indicated and continues to feel that it will be March/April before the car is delivered. The latest news was that all V’s with navigation were on hold…

    The strange thing is with the exception of the V Blackwing models there are 2022 ct4 or CT5 on the ground anywhere. And don’t mention of why?

    Still at event code 3400 with Target production week of December 13th even though today is January 10th. Same response from Cadillac chat. This would be funny if it wasn’t so sad.. “I have located your order ZZQKV1 and can see that your vehicle is at the Event Description 3400-Broadcast. You have a Target Production Week of 12/13/2021 – congratulations! I recommend reaching out 1 to 2 weeks after your target production week for your next update. It shows it is still in the production process.”

    Same 😑 They should really update their message because no update ever happens 1 to 2 weeks later

    Will be reconnecting with my dealer tomorrow and if he has not contacted the regional manager then I will do so myself personally. I don’t like going above people’s heads and I like to follow the chain of command when I am getting nowhere it is time to take control and thanks to the internet I was able to find out this person’s direct phone number.

    Yeah it’s very frustrating. My dealer just keeps telling me they’ll let me know when they hear something different. But my thing is atleast get some kind of update weather it’s just part delays or whatever.

    Update from my dealer today is there is no update. Even the regional manager does not know what the holdup is. We were able to look in the computer and do see that 2022 year cards are being produced so I guess that’s a good sign. Call Cadillac again today with the same update of event code 3400. They say it will definitely be built but could not give me a date. Will be extending the lease on my current vehicle at the end of this week for another three months so I guess I’m just gonna sit back and wait and see what happens. Unless I find a different car in the meantime?

    I just do not understand how we cannot get some kind of update.
    I’m fortunate to have a second vehicle. Well until yesterday that one had to go into the shop.
    I’m still holding out , I just hope it’s worth it in the end. Just has really soured the building a car experience for me 😩

    It seems General Motors has the worst ordering systems in place. I know people that have ordered Fords and raible to track the progress on your cell phone. I ordered a BMW in 2012 it was able to go on the internet and track every step of the process though it just shows how far behind this company really is

    From my sales rep today;

    “I have my GM rep digging, I will let you know as soon as possible. It may have been built already they’re reporting is down”.

    Still waiting!

    Good to see at least somebody on this form is making progress. My regional rep I was just informed has relocated to another region. Between the chats and the dealership they have all been totally useless. I’m actually going to look at a BMW 5 series tomorrow just to see if it’s something I might want to consider in case this whole deal goes south.

    Update!
    Got a call from my dealership my vehicle is completed! Says it has not shipped yet.
    But I contacted the chat just to see what they said and they said my vehicle has actually shipped.

    Yes, let us know when it will arrive at the dealership. My CT5 was also supposedly built the week Dec 13.
