2023 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing Gets New Bronze Accent Package

A new Bronze Accent Package has been added to the options list of the 2023 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing, bringing a handful of bronze-themed exterior accents to the ultra-high-performance sedan, Cadillac Society has learned.

The new Bronze Accent Package (production code PDJ) is an LPO-level option, which means it is installed at the dealer rather than on the assembly line at the factory. It adds an extra $1,295 to the overall cost of the 2023 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing, and while it is available across all CT4 trim levels as well as the CT4-V, its content differs by trim level.

On the CT4-V Blackwing, the Bronze Accent Package bundles the following content (relevant production codes listed in parentheses):

  • Bronze wheel center caps, LPO (5ZD)
  • Decals, LPO (SFC)
  • Black lug nuts, LPO (SPY)
  • Black wheel locks, LPO (SPZ)

It’s worth noting that while the 2023 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing gains this new Bronze Accent Package as a customization option, it will lose other options such as the Rift Metallic exterior paint color, which will soon be built out for the model year. However, Cadillac recently released a special badge for its ultra-high-performance Blackwing that will serve to set the vehicles apart from their “regular” CT4-V counterpart.

As a reminder, the 2023 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing continues to utilize the luxury marque’s Alpha 2 platform, and is built alongside the rest of the CT4 range at the Lansing Grand River plant in Michigan. The super sedan features the luxury marque’s twin-turbocharged 3.6L V6 engine (production code LF4), which is tuned to deliver 472 horsepower and 445 pound-feet of torque. It is paired with the six-speed manual transmission as standard, while the 10-speed automatic is optional. Power is routed exclusively through the two rear wheels.

  1. Each of these dealer-installed color accent packages (blue, bronze, etc) involves decals, but we never get to see what the decals look like (or even read about it). Alex, can you find out about that? There must be others who are curious. Thanks!
