A few weeks ago, Cadillac Society sniffed out an almost-new 2022 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing Collector’s Edition for sale at a dealership in Florida. We’ve kept an eye on the listing and noticed recently that the dealer appears to have reduced its original (rather steep) asking price of $148,999, dropping the super sedan’s cost by $9,000.
Now, the Collector’s Edition CT5-V Blackwing is listed for $139,999 at Wilde Lexus Sarasota in Sarasota, Florida. Cadillac Society was able to confirm that it is, in fact, one of the first 250 units built. Interestingly, despite the $9,000 reduction in price, this pre-owned super sedan’s price point is over $20,000 higher than that of a brand-new Collector’s Edition CT5-V Blackwing we recently found listed at a different dealership for $118,285.
Setting this ultra-high-performance sedan apart from subsequent units is a set of unique plaques that identify it as one of the first 250 units produced. Its eye-catching exterior is painted in Blaze Orange Metallic, which is paired with an interior furnished in Jet Black with Jet Black accents.
This super sedan also features the optional Carbon Fiber 1 package, adding various aerodynamic carbon fiber elements to the exterior, including a front splitter, front wheel well deflectors, and an extra rear aero spoiler. It rides on 19-inch alloy wheels in Satin Graphite Dark wrapped in performance summer tires. 
This Collector’s Edition CT5-V Blackwing also features a sunroof, heated and ventilated front bucket seats, a high-end sound system, heated mirrors, and a navigation system. It also includes the Interior Protection Package, boasting all-weather floor mats, as well as the Parking Package, which grants the Rear Camera Mirror, Rear Pedestrian Alert, Hands-Free Decklid Release, and an Air Ionizer.
The supercharged 6.2L V8 (production code LT4) resides under the hood of all CT5-V Blackwing models, delivering 668 horsepower and 669 pound-feet of torque exclusively to the rear wheels via the standard 6-speed manual transmission or optional 10-speed automatic.
