This Almost-New 2022 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing Is Listed At $150K

Last week, Cadillac Society managed to track down a brand-new 2022 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing super sedan still in inventory at a dealer that was part of the first 250 units built, which are considered Collector’s Edition models. Now, we’ve found another Collector’s Edition CT5-V Blackwing for sale – this time pre-owned – with an asking price of $148,999.

Cadillac Society was able to confirm that this particular CT5-V Blackwing is, in fact, one of the first 250 units built. Setting it apart from subsequent units is a set of unique plaques that identify it as an original model. The ultra-high-performance sedan is currently for sale at Wilde Lexus Sarasota in Sarasota, Florida. The head-turning exterior is painted in Blaze Orange Metallic.

Its interior is finished in Jet Black with Jet Black accents. It also features the Carbon Fiber 1 package, adding some carbon fiber accents to the exterior, including a front splitter, front wheel well deflectors, and an extra rear aero spoiler. It rides on 19-inch alloy wheels in Satin Graphite Dark finish and performance summer tires.

This CT5-V Blackwing also features a sunroof, heated and ventilated front bucket seats, a state-of-the-art sound system, heated mirrors, and a navigation system connected with Cadillac User Experience. It also includes the Interior Protection Package, boasting all-weather floor mats, as well as the Parking Package, which includes the Rear Camera Mirror, Rear Pedestrian Alert, Hands-Free Decklid Release, and – surprisingly – the Air Ionizer feature.

The supercharged 6.2L V8 (production code LT4) resides under the hood of all CT5-V Blackwing models, delivering power exclusively to the rear wheels via the standard 6-speed manual transmission. There’s just 309 miles on the odometer, which factors into the super sedan’s remarkably high price tag and the current lack of free-available CT5-V Blackwing inventory units.

More importantly, we would love to know the story behind this Blaze Orange Metallic beauty, and why someone decided to trade it in after only 309 miles.
