The Cadillac Blackwing super sedans will feature a handful of new exterior color options for the 2024 model year, including a new hue known as Cyber Yellow Metallic. Now, the luxury marque has released a photo Cyber Yellow on the 2024 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing, giving us our first look at the new color.
Cyber Yellow Metallic, which is tagged with paint code GCP, is exactly as it sounds like – a bright, eye-catching yellow hue with a metallic finish. This color will be an extra-cost option for the 2024 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing, though pricing yet to be officially revealed.
As a reminder, Cyber Yellow is one of four new exterior paint colors that will be available for the 2024 CT4-V Blackwing and its larger counterpart, the 2024 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing. The new colors are as follows (relevant paint codes listed in parentheses):
- Cyber Yellow Metallic (GCP)
- Velocity Red (G7C)
- Coastal Blue Metallic (GJV)
- Black Diamond Tricoat (GLK)
Aside from a revamped color lineup, there are very minor changes on the way for the 2024 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing, meaning it does not differ greatly from its 2023 model year counterpart. A midcycle refresh was initially expected to drop for the 2024 model year, but the planned refresh appears to have been deferred to either the 2024.5 (interim) or the 2025 model years instead.
The 2024 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing will continue with the twin-turbocharged 3.6L V6 engine (production code LF4). The boosted six makes 472 horsepower and 445 pound-feet of torque, and is paired with the luxury marque’s six-speed manual transmission as standard or the 10-speed automatic as an option. Both transmissions route power exclusively to the rear wheels. The super sedan rides on the luxury marque’s Alpha 2 platform.

Hmmm, Not sure how I feel about this color. I like bold color and my favorite has always been the metallic orange, but i hated that non-metallic blue that is discontinued. This one I’m on the fence. I looked at the same color on a Chevy suv, not sure if it is more too much “look at me” or not. What do others think of this color? (btw it is not as bold as shown in the picture)
