One of the dealers I talk to last week said that when CT5V s’ are able to be ordered that they won’t have navigation, Super Cruise or the Platinum Package.

I gave up and ordered a new Macan S on Saturday.

Those are all very interesting posts.
I visited 3 Houston Cadillac dealers this week and all 3 said they cannot even take an order for a CT5 including the V now. They said that Cadillac is not communicating with them about future production status at this time. Therefore, I have accepted that I can’t buy a CT5V and will look at other brands.

By the way, one dealer had a CT4 Blackwing on the sales floor in orange. It had a used sticker on it. I asked why. A customer bought it new this summer, drove it for 300 miles and then traded it in for a new Escalade. Go figure!
The dealer will sell it as used of course but for far more than msrp! Lol! It is a crazy world out there.

The salesman I talked to implied that I could get a CT5 without too much of a problem. It’s the V version that they are so backed up on from last year. I was amazed that they are still fulfilling 2021 models in November and have no idea when they will start making 2022’s.

I think you will get your 2021 V eventually.

And a Blackwing? Forget about it!

Today, I went to talk to a Cadillac salesman in Houston, TX about ordering a 2022 CT5V. He said that while Cadillac resumed production of the CT5V in early October they are still fulfilling 2021 orders from when the line stopped running last March/April and that he had no idea when or even if CT5V’s for 2022 will be produced.

Has anyone else heard this news?
