I called dealship on my 2022 XT4 heated steering wheel chip since I never got a call or letter about it. Well the chip is in and going to be installed next Monday finally!!
I bought my XT4 new in March 2022 and have not received my retro for heated steering wheel yet and haven’t heard anything about it either. Very frustrating!!
Finally received letter from Cadillac in the mail yesterday to call dealership to have retrofit chip put in for park assist. Still no word in heated steering wheel
Bought my 2022 xt4 in March of 2022. I got my heated seats that Sept. but still waiting in steering wheel and park assist. No word on when chip will be in frustrating my car is almost 1 year old. Maybe they should just refund us money
