2024 Cadillac CT4 Gets Revised Fuel Economy Ratings

The 2024 Cadillac CT4 brings only a handful of minor changes and updates when compared to its 2023 model year predecessor. One such change involves the vehicle’s fuel economy ratings, Cadillac Society has learned.

Of the three engine options offered on the 2024 Cadillac CT4, only one sees revised fuel economy ratings: the standard turbocharged I4 engine (production code LSY). Carrying the 350T badge on the decklid, models equipped with the engine are rated at 237 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. Units of the 2024 CT4 powered by this engine with rear-wheel-drive are rated at 22 mpg city, 32 mpg highway for a 26 mpg combined, compared to 23 mpg city, 34 mpg highway, and 27 mpg combined for the 2023 model year.

Meanwhile, the 2024 CT4 with all-wheel-drive is now rated at 21 mpg city, 31 mpg highway, and 25 mpg combined. By comparison, the 2023 CT4 AWD is rated at 22 mpg city, 31 mpg highway, and 26 combined, meaning that the 2024 Cadillac CT4 is rated as slightly less efficient.

The other two engine options offered in the CT4 retain the same fuel economy ratings as they did for the 2023 model year. This includes the turbocharged 2.7L I4 engine (production code L3B), which is optional on CT4 500T Premium Luxury, where it makes 310 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque, while under the hood of the CT4-V, it’s rated at 325 horsepower and 380 pound-feet of torque. Finally, the ultra-high-performance CT4-V Blackwing makes use of the twin-turbocharged 3.6 V6 engine (production code LF4), which is good for 472 horsepower and 455 pound-feet of torque.
