Cadillac Lyriq discount offers are nonexistent during August 2023. The luxury marque continues to exclude its first-ever fully electric vehicle from any sort of incentives or deals, as has been the case since the Lyriq was launched.
It’s worth noting that while the luxury marque itself is not offering any Cadillac Lyriq discount this month, buyers of certain new luxury crossovers with electric powertrains may be eligible to take advantage of the $7,500 Federal EV Tax Credit thanks to a reclassification of the Lyriq by the U.S. Treasury. Previously, the Treasury’s initial classification of the Lyriq meant that it was ineligible for the tax credit, but that decision was reassessed.
Demand for the Lyriq will likely continue to outpace supply in the foreseeable future, especially given that the Cadillac Lyriq-V will soon join the lineup as a high-performance variant. As previously reported by Cadillac Society, the Lyriq-V will feature unique exterior accents, building on the current Sport trim. This includes a unique front fascia, complete with chevron-style mesh for the lower grille, a design signature of V-Series models. Additionally, the all-wheel-drive setup of the Lyriq-V will be more powerful than that of its “regular” Lyriq AWD counterpart. All this could very well make the Lyriq-V a hot commodity, thereby boosting interest in and demand of the model even further, in effect discouraging the luxury marque from offering any incentives on the model.
The following list represents all Cadillac Lyriq trim levels and their corresponding starting retail prices in the United States. As Cadillac Society exclusively reported previously, the 2024 Lyriq is actually a bit more affordable (in terms of starting prices) than its 2023 model year predecessor.
