The 2023 Cadillac CT5-V will offer a new exterior accent package, Cadillac Society has learned. Known as the Bronze Accent Package, the dealer-installed option includes a variety of exterior bronze accents.
The Bronze Accent Package (production code PDJ) adds the following equipment to the 2023 Cadillac CT5-V (relevant production codes listed in parentheses):
The new package is available on the 2023 Cadillac CT5-V and is not offered on the range-topping CT5-V Blackwing. However, a similar package is offered on the “regular” CT5. Pricing information has yet to be disclosed, and Cadillac has not yet released images of the CT5 or the CT5-V with the Bronze Accent Package. It’s also worth noting that the package is not available in conjunction with the Onyx Package (production code PDB) or other optional 20-inch wheels.
Introduced in 2020, the CT5-V is the mid-tier performance-oriented sedan that slots between the regular CT5 models (Luxury, Premium Luxury, Sport) and range-topping CT5-V Blackwing in Cadillac’s lineup. It features a more powerful engine than the “regular” CT5 along with more sporting handling capabilities, while maintaining approachability. Beyond the engine and suspension upgrades, the CT5-V features a special mesh grille, V-Series “racing Mondrian” badging, and an upgraded, sportier rear diffuser.
As a reminder, the 2023 Cadillac CT5-V draws motivation from the turbocharged 3.0L V6 gasoline engine (production code LGY), which is capable of 360 horsepower and 405 pound-feet of torque. That engine bolts to the luxury marque’s 10-speed automatic transmission, routing power to either the two rear wheels as standard, or to an optional all-wheel-drive system, available for a premium.
