Cadillac Escalade Discount Again Non-Existent In April 2022

Cadillac Escalade discount offers are yet again non-existent in April 2022. That means that the luxury marque is not offering any incentives toward the purchase of its popular full-size luxury SUV this month. In fact, it has now been over a year since the last time Cadillac offered incentives on the Escalade, as the last time a discount offer was available was back in February 2021.

Cadillac Escalade Incentives

No Cadillac Escalade discount offers are available in April 2022.

For the sake of context, below we have provided a list of every Cadillac Escalade discount offered during the 2021 calendar year, as well as year-to-date 2022:

Cadillac Escalade Pricing

Below, we’ve included the 2022 Escalade and 2022 Escalade ESV trim levels and their corresponding starting MSRPs, which include the $1,695 destination charge.

2022 Escalade

  • Luxury – $77,940
  • Premium Luxury – $86,590
  • Sport – $89,290
  • Premium Luxury Platinum – $103,290
  • Sport Platinum – $103,290

2022 Escalade ESV

  • Luxury – $80,940
  • Premium Luxury – $89,590
  • Sport – $92,290
  • Premium Luxury Platinum – $106,290
  • Sport Platinum – $106,290

The lack of 2022 Cadillac Escalade discount offers this April 2022, and in prior months, is a direct result of extremely high demand for the Escalade. The full-size luxury SUV continues to dominate its competitive segment with a 50 percent share in Q4 2021. Additionally, the global microchip shortage has resulted in stifled vehicle production, resulting in inventory shortages of new vehicles industry-wide.

The low supply, high demand scenario has prompted some dealers to ask for “fair market value” and have been charging well over MSRP for the new Escalade, sometimes asking for as much as $25,000 or even $30,000 above sticker price in some scenarios. Cadillac’s parent company, General Motors has recently warned dealers against this kind of behavior.

Despite all this, the Cadillac Escalade continues to dominate its competitive segment. It can then be assumed that the luxury marque does not see a need to offer a Cadillac Escalade discount as consumers will likely end up buying the luxury SUV despite its high price point.

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the vehicles and their incentives in question, but errors and misprints can happen. In addition, the manufacturer can change incentive information at any time and without notice. Always consult with your dealer regarding color availability information before making purchase decisions. Cadillac Society will not be held responsible for any misprints, typos or any other errors.
