Went to the dealership to get it checked [ “Service Driver Assist System” issue ]. They said it is SW issue and the GM will come up with a fix for that.

I am surprised, no one is annoyed by the sound it make when speed is below 25 …. ?

How do we take these kinds of issues to GM or is there any one who listens to the Lyriq owners ?

There seems to be no place at GM to complain as I am being re-directed to EV Concierge.
Lyriq/EV concierge is literally of no use other than warn the Lyriq owners to loose that $1500 or go for 2 year evGo charging than taking any complaint.

They bump up the price to go over $1500 of credit to squeeze money out of the customer. Our local electrician was ready to install the charger and the plug for $1500, QMerit got a quote for $3700 and another for $3250.

GM should give the credit of $1500 directly to the customer than to QMerit.
