It’s clear by now that the mid-cycle refresh for the 2025 Cadillac Escalade was no small update. From an overhauled cockpit with a massive 55-inch display to a new front fascia and powered open/close doors, Cadillac took big strides to ensure changes were made to the Escalade truly boosted its appeal.
This even includes minute exterior details such as the side marker light and reflector, which was adjusted to go along with the revised front end. For the 2025 Escalade, the side market light receives a larger housing that’s also slimmer, becoming compatible with the new front end while cleaning up the reflector-market light combo. It’s a sleeker approach that modernizes the Escalade’s front fascia while also improving the model’s visibility.
Beyond the small enhancement to the side marker light, the 2025 Cadillac Escalade receives several exterior and interior updates. The front end receives a styling overhaul to bring it more in line with newer Cadillac models, such as the Lyriq and the recently-announced Vistiq.
Inside, the 2025 Escalade impresses with an expansive 55-inch dashboard-wide display, again mirroring screen setups in fellow Cadillacs like the Escalade IQ and Celestiq. Cadillac’s semi-autonomous driver assist Super Cruise becomes standard equipment in every Escalade, while the available Executive Second Row package brings greater rear passenger comfort with premium seating and amenities.
As first reported by Cadillac Society, the 3.0L I6 (production code LM2) turbodiesel Duramax has been dropped as an option, as only five percent opted for it. This leaves only gasoline engines to choose from. Standard 2025 Escalade models stick with the 6.2L V8 (production code L87) gasoline engine, while the Escalade-V cradles a supercharged 6.2L V8 (production code LT4) mated to all-wheel-drive.
The base price of the 2025 Cadillac Escalade increases to $89,590 for the Luxury RWD trim, with the Escalade-V starts at $161,990. All variants are built on the T1 platform and are manufactured at the Arlington plant in Texas.
