Three new exterior appearance packages were introduced for the 2024 Cadillac XT5 – the Blue Accent PackageBronze Accent Package and Red Accent Package. These packages became briefly unavailable to order at the end of the 2023 calendar year, but now, Cadillac Society has learned that all three packages can once again be added to the 2024 XT5.

The Blue Accent Package (production code PDL), Bronze Accent Package (production code PDJ) and Red Accent Package (production code PDK) are all LPO-level, or dealer-installed, packages. Each is priced at $2,995 on the 2024 Cadillac XT5 Sport; they are not available for the Luxury or Premium Luxury trim.

The content of all three package is as follows (relevant production codes listed in parentheses):

It’s worth noting that the 20-inch Gloss Black wheels included in each of the packages replace the 20-inch 12-spoke alloy wheels with Pearl Nickel Finish, which are otherwise standard on the Sport trim.

The 2024 Cadillac XT5 Luxury and Premium Luxury trim levels are powered by the turbocharged 2.0L I4 engine (production code LSY) as standard, which is rated at 237 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. These models are identifiable by the 350T badge on the liftgate. Meanwhile, the naturally-aspirated 3.6L V6 engine (production code LGX), rated at 310 horsepower and 271 pound-feet of torque, is optional on the Premium Luxury trim and standard on the Sport trim. These models can be identified by the 400 badge on the liftgate.

Looking ahead, the 2025 Cadillac XT5 will be offered in North America after all, although it’s important to note that the luxury crossover won’t receive any major changes or updates for the forthcoming model year. In other words, the 2025 XT5 will for North America will not be the overhauled second-generation model, which is bound exclusively for China
