2024 Cadillac XT6 Blue, Bronze And Red Accent Packages Unavailable To Order

The 2024 Cadillac XT6 introduced several new exterior accent packages, including the Red Accent PackageBlue Accent Package, and Bronze Accent Package. However, customers interested in purchasing these packages will have to wait, as they are currently not available to order, Cadillac Society has learned.

The Red Accent Package (production code PDK), Blue Accent Package (production code PDL) and Bronze Accent Package (production code PDJ) are all LPO-level (dealer-installed) exterior accent packages. They are priced at $2,995 each, and are exclusively offered on the 2024 Cadillac XT6 Sport trim when available, meaning they are not able to be outfitted on the Luxury or Premium Luxury trims at all.

Each package includes the following content (relevant production codes listed in parentheses):

  • Bronze body decal, LPO (SB9) (Bronze Accent Package only)
  • Blue body decal, LPO (SB9) (Blue Accent Package only)
  • Red body decal, LPO (SB9) (Red Accent Package only)
  • Monochrome Cadillac emblems, LPO (SFZ)
  • 20-inch Gloss Black wheels, LPO (S2K)
  • Bronze wheel center cap, LPO (5ZD) (Bronze Accent Package only)
  • Red wheel center cap, LPO (5ZD) (Red Accent Package only)
  • Blue wheel center cap, LPO (5ZF) (Blue Accent Package only)
  • Black wheel lug nuts, LPO (SPY)
  • Black wheel locks, LPO (SPZ)
  • Tire Pressure Monitor, LPO (SD5)

At this time, it’s unclear why these three exterior accent packages are unavailable, or when they will be offered again.

As a reminder, XT6 production takes place at the Spring Hill plant in Tennessee for all markets except for China, and assembly of the 2024 model year commenced in June 2023. The vehicle’s engine lineup consists of two engine options: the naturally aspirated 3.6L V6 engine (production code LGX), rated at 310 horsepower and 271 pound-feet of torque, standard on Premium Luxury and Sport trims; and the turbocharged 2.0L I4 engine (production code LSY), rated at 237 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, available exclusively on the base Luxury trim.
