2023 Cadillac XT4 Onyx, Onyx Lite, Radiant Packages Unavailable To Order

When production of the 2023 Cadillac XT4 began on June 10th, several LPO-level (dealer-installed) exterior accent packages were be not available to order. Specifically, Cadillac Society has learned that the Onyx, Onyx Lite and Radiant Packages are being withheld from the XT4 until further notice.

When available, the Onyx Package (production code PDB) is offered on the XT4 Luxury, Premium Luxury and Sport trim levels. It includes the following content (relevant production codes in parentheses): 

  • Black surround grille with Black mesh (RZ9)
  • 20-inch Gloss Black Wheels (SKW) 
  • Monochrome Cadillac emblems (SFZ)

Meanwhile, the Onyx Lite Package (production code PCP) was recently introduced for the 2022 XT4 Luxury, Premium Luxury and Sport trim. The following content is included in this package:

  • 20-inch Gloss Black Wheels (SKW) 
  • Gloss Black XT4 nameplate (RIK)
  • Monochrome Cadillac emblems (SFZ)

Finally, the Radiant Package (production code PDV) is offered for the XT4 Luxury and Premium Luxury. It is not offered at all for the Sport trim level. This package includes the following content: 

  • Monochrome Cadillac emblems (SFZ)
  • Galvano surround grille with Galvano finish (SJA) 
  • 20-inch split 7-spoke alloy wheels with Polished finish

Pricing has not been released for these packages for the 2023 model year. For reference, on the 2022 model year XT4, the Onyx Package cost $2,695, the Onyx Lite ran $2,195, and the Radiant Package cost $2,470. At this time, it’s not clear why these exterior accent packages are being withheld from the 2023 Cadillac XT4, or if they will be become available in the future. 

This is not the first time an exterior accent package has been constrained on the Cadillac XT4. For the 2022 model year, the Onyx Package was made unavailable as of March production due to an unknown supplier issue.
