2021 Cadillac Escalade Is Available With These 22-Inch Wheels Again

Certain wheels for the 2021 Cadillac Escalade have been unavailable for the better part of this year, thanks to supplier and manufacturer constraints. These included a particular set of 22-inch wheels, but not to worry – they’re available once again.

The wheels in question are the 22-inch Multi-Spoke Polished alloy wheels with a Dark Android Gloss finish (production code SEY). Thankfully, the constraints that limited the availability of these wheels for the 2021 Cadillac Escalade have been lifted and they can once again be equipped on the luxury full-size SUV.

Since these wheels fall under the LPO umbrella, that means they will be shipped to and installed by a dealer instead of being bolted to the vehicle on the assembly line.

The 22-inch Multi-Spoke wheels are optional on the 2021 Cadillac Escalade, meaning they must be specially ordered if they are desired. Pricing for the set adds an additional $1,995 to the price tag, and they can be added to all five trim levels.

Back in February, Cadillac Society was among the first to report that two 22-inch wheel options would no longer be available for the 2021 Cadillac Escalade. These included the Multi-Spoke Polished alloy wheels with Dark Android Gloss Finish (production code SEY) as well as the 22-inch 12-Spoke Chrome alloy wheels (production code SET). As of this writing, the 12-spoke chrome alloy wheels are still unavailable.

The Cadillac Escalade has been completely overhauled for the 2021 model year, receiving an all-new architecture, exterior design, interior, and technologies. Available in either regular-wheelbase (Escalade) or long-wheelbase (Escalade ESV) forms, the 2021 Escalade can be equipped with two engine options. The standard engine is the naturally aspirated 6.2L gasoline V8  (production code L87) good for 420 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque. The turbocharged 3.0L I6 turbo-diesel (production code LM2) is optional, rated at 277 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque. Both mate to a ten-speed automatic transmission driving either the two rear or, as an option, all four wheels.
