After two consecutive months of sales volume growth, Cadillac Mexico sales decreased significantly in November. In fact, the double-digit contraction in November represents the second biggest decline that Cadillac has suffered in Mexico during 2019, after the 22 percent drop recorded in May. However, the year-to-date sales remain positive, with an increase of 2 percent over the same period in 2018.
Four of the five models that Cadillac offers in Mexico suffered significant drops in sales volume during November, with the XT5 having the most negative impact on the overall result. Meanwhile, the Cadillac XT4 was not only the only model to increase sales volume in Mexico, but it also managed to achieve its best sales volume month to date, with 49 units. In this fashion, the compact crossover celebrated exactly one year of being on sale in the Mexican market.
