Had the same thing happen to mind about a week ago. Goggle the information on how to resolve the problem. You can do a Hard reset of the radio system to remedy the problem or there is another way to reset the system. Neither one worked for me and the answer was to take it to the dealer to replace the screen. This seems to be a common problem with the 2016 to 2019 ATS cue systems. Hope this info helps.
