2025 Cadillac Optiq Pricing Revealed

2025 Cadillac Optiq Sport

The 2025 Cadillac Optiq, unveiled a few months ago for the North American market, slots in beneath the Cadillac Lyriq in the luxury marque’s lineup. Positioned as a smaller luxury electric crossover with standard all-wheel-drive (AWD) and a more affordable price point, Cadillac Society now has Cadillac Optiq pricing info.

The base Cadillac Optiq Luxury 1 trim is priced to start at $54,390, followed by the Sport 1 trim, which bumps the starting price slightly to $54,990. From there, the Luxury 2 trim starts out at $56,590, and the most expensive trim level is Sport 2, with an opening price tag of $57,090. Note that all prices include the destination freight charge (DFC) of $1,495.

2025 Cadillac Optiq Starting MSRPs
Trim Level 2025 MSRP + DFC
Luxury 1 $54,390
Sport 1 $54,990
Luxury 2 $56,590
Sport 2 $57,090

The Optiq’s pricing means that it’s eligible for the $7,500 Federal EV Tax Credit. Parties that are able to take advantage of this tax credit can opt to accept an immediate cash payment at the time of purchase, apply it toward the vehicle’s purchase as a down payment, or take it as a deduction in the following year’s tax return.

The Optiq is much less expensive than its larger brother, the Lyriq, making it a viable choice for buyers in the market for a luxury electric crossover who may not have the budget for the Lyriq. In fact, the 2025 Lyriq dropped the base Tech trim, which is no longer necessary with the introduction of the Optiq. For reference, the 2024 Lyriq Tech in rear-wheel-drive (RWD) guise started at $58,590.

The 2025 Cadillac Optiq features the luxury marque’s EV design language, greeting the world with a five-point “grille” inlaid with LED lights, along with horizontal lighting accents followed by vertical headlight clusters. Inside, the luxury crossover features a 33-inch curved display with 9K resolution, and its upholstery is made of recycled materials.

For the U.S. market, the 2025 Cadillac Optiq features a standard two-motor AWD powertrain delivering 300 horsepower and 354 pound-feet of torque. From a full charge, the Optiq is capable of an estimated 300-mile driving range, supported by Regen On Demand and one-pedal driving. Production is scheduled to begin in the Fall 2024 at the Ramos Arizpe plant in Mexico.
