Here’s When Production Of The 2024 Cadillac CT4 Will End

Production of the 2024 Cadillac CT4 range is currently ongoing at the Lansing Grand River plant in Michigan. Now, Cadillac Society has learned when the last 2024 CT4 will roll off the assembly line.

According to sources familiar with the matter, production of the 2024 Cadillac CT4 range is expected to wrap up on May 30th, 2024. Of course, this date is tentative and therefore subject to change at any moment.

As a reminder, the 2024 Cadillac CT4 represents the fifth model year of the luxury sedan’s first generation, for which it receives very minor changes over its 2023 model year counterpart. The turbocharged 2.0L I4 (production code LSY), rated at 237 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, remains standard on the Luxury, Premium Luxury, and Sport trim levels. Vehicles with this engine wear the 350T badge on the decklid.

The turbocharged 2.7L I4 (production code L3B) is optional on the CT4 Premium Luxury, where it’s rated at 310 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque. This model can be identified by the 500T badge on the decklid. Pricing for the 2024 Cadillac CT4 starts at $35,990

Beyond the 2024 model year, the future of the Cadillac CT4 looks bleak. At this time, there is no confirmation that a 2025 Cadillac CT4 will exist. In contrast, its big brother, the Cadillac CT5, is being treated to a midcycle refresh for the 2025 model year, which could very well signify that the CT4 is on its way out

Additionally, Cadillac Society has not spotted any prototypes that would lead us to believe that the luxury marque is working on a mid-cycle refresh for the Cadillac CT4. Needless to say, this doesn’t bode well for the luxury sedan, considering that China is the largest global market not only for Cadillac overall, but also for the CT4.

  2. So with China as the largest market for the CT4, is there any indication that the CT4 will live on in China as the CT6 did, or is the CT4 finished everywhere?

  3. Will they no longer produce CT4 blackwing for 2025 model year ?

  4. When are the Blackwings going to stop being produced ? They were only supposed to be a 2-3 year run.
