Those interested in seeing more of the 2023 Cadillac Escalade-V don’t need to wait, as the high-performance luxury SUV has made its way to the Cadillac Live showroom for a bumper-to-bumper walkaround tour.
In a video uploaded by the luxury marque, a Cadillac Live representative named Amy takes viewers on a virtual tour of the Escalade-V. The tour starts with the “heart of the beast” under the hood, which is the hand-built supercharged 6.2L V8 engine (production code LT4) that – in the Escalade-V – is tuned to deliver 682 horsepower and 653 pound-feet of torque, capable of pulling the SUV from zero to 60 mph in just under 4.4 seconds. The rep calls attention to the V-Series transfer case and front half shafts that have been upgraded to handle all that power, along with the electronic limited slip differential.
The video then showcases the customizable V-Mode, which can be activated by a button located in front of the console-mounted gear selector. The driver controls V-Mode settings via the curved OLED infotainment screen with more than 38 inches of diagonal display, which also features a unique gauge view display. Inside, the Escalade-V features premium upholstery in either Jet Black or Dark Auburn, adorned with special accents exclusive to the high-performance SUV.
“We’re very excited to be adding Escalade to the V-Series family,” the Cadillac Live rep says during the walkaround tour. “Whether you’re passionate about having the highest performance possible, sleek design, or advance technology, the V-Series Escalade is, in many ways, the ultimate Cadillac.”
The 2023 Cadillac Escalade-V is offered in either the standard-length model or extended-length ESV. Pricing for the regular-length Escalade starts at $149,990, and assembly is expected to begin later this summer. In the meantime, check out the video below for a full walkaround tour of the 2023 Cadillac Escalade-V.
