2022 Cadillac Escalade Price Increase As Super Cruise Becomes Standard

The 2022 Cadillac Escalade as well as its extended-length variant, the 2022 Cadillac Escalade ESV, have become more  expensive.

New Escalade models in the Premium Luxury, Sport, Premium Luxury Platinum and Sport Platinum trim levels have all seen their prices increase, with Premium Luxury models now being $2,700 more while Sport models seeing a $3,000 uptick. An additional $3,500 has been applied to Premium Luxury Platinum and Sport Platinum trim levels. Pricing for the base Luxury trim remains the same as of this writing.

The price changes is the result of Super Cruise (production code UKL), Cadillac’s semi-autonomous driver assist feature, becoming standard on those trims that saw the pricing increases. Previously, Super Cruise was to become standard on the 2022 Cadillac Escalade models in the beginning of the 2022 model year, but the feature was removed due to the ongoing global microchip shortage. Shortly thereafter, it became available to order again. As a standalone option, Super Cruise added $2,500 to the price of the Escalade.
