The Cadillac Society Take
After registering its highest monthly sales volume of the year in August, Cadillac Mexico sales suffered a considerable decrease in September. The performance represents the eleventh consecutive month in which the luxury brand’s sales were in the red. All Cadillac models saw their sales fall, both during the month as well as during the first nine months of the year, deepening the significant volume loss in the Latin country.
While the Cadillac Escalade and XT5 posted low figures with notable losses on a year-over-year basis, the XT4 maintained a relatively more stable sales level that’s close to the 39 units sold during the previous month, which is the vehicle’s best performance thus far in 2020. This allowed the compact luxury crossover to extend its lead as the best-selling Cadillac in Mexico.
