Cadillac XTS Sales Increase 36 Percent In Q2 2018

Cadillac XTS sales increased in the United States and in China and decreased in Canada in the second quarter of 2018.

Cadillac XTS Sales - Q2 2018 - United States

In the United States, Cadillac XTS deliveries totaled 3,665 units in Q2 2018, an increase of about 36 percent compared to 2,692 units sold in Q2 2017.

In the first six months of the year, XTS sales increased about 16 percent to 8,563 units.

Cadillac XTS Sales - Q2 2018 - Canada

In Canada, Cadillac XTS deliveries totaled 191 units in Q2 2018, a decrease of about 7 percent compared to 206 units sold in Q2 2017.

In the first six months of the year, XTS sales decreased about 19 percent to 290 units.

Cadillac XTS Sales – Q2 2018 – China

Cadillac XTS sales increased 42 percent to nearly 14,000 units in China during the second quarter 2018. The automaker did not provide any further information regarding XTS sales in China.

The XTS’ second quarter 2018 sales performance puts the model in first place in its competitive set in terms of sales volume in the United States, outselling the second-place Lincoln Continental by 1,592 units and the third-place Acura RLX by 3,206 units.
