I called Cadillac and they could not help. But, there is good news. The Owners Manual is incorrect. I went to Hertrich Cadillac in Salisbury, MD, where I purchased the vehicle and talked to the Service Mgr. She had access to a Cadillac tech site and brought up a picture of the slot which is located underneath the console. We went to the vehicle and there is was (but it is kind of hidden).
