    I came out of a Ford Escape Titanium. The couple ,minor points I feel GM-Cadillac went cheap on in my XT4 Sport is the lack of heated seats and a navigation system that stops offering traffic reports and updates unless you sign up with On-Star. My Sync would periodically up date the system and the up grade navigation cards were not expensive. My Garmin has lifetime map up dates and live Traffic reports, that system is a hell of a lot cheaper the the factory navigation system. I can live with the rest of the little nit picking things.

    Purchased a used 2020 with 9k. Couple little things I think GM/Cadillac could of done better or left out but overall loving it.

    Just purchased with 9K miles. Little disappointed with some minor points but overall, loving it.
