XT4 Wifi connection issue

My XT4 Wifi is having a connection issue. The problem is not the wifi. My phone can connect to it. Car recognizes wifi at house (and even several while driving down road) but does not recognize MyCadillac.

Did you sign up for the wifi service with your cellphone provider? You have to assign a cell number to your car and pay for another line to use wifi hotspot.
