New CT 5 totally dead

With 350 miles my new car had no power. Although the owners manual indicated a service technician will come to the house, none of the 3 dealer nearby offered this service. My car was towed to the nearest dealer 3 days ago and they have not contacted me. I did talk with someone at the dealership who said they could not duplicate the problem and suggested the key fob be located at the greater distance.
