New 2023 Escalade V stuck in 2wd, Light on dash states 2wd and sure enough I gave it a launch and back tires spun free. Dealer can’t find issue even asked me to send pic of light on dash, Onstar vehicle report says service trans, service 4wd system, service, traction control, but dealer can’t find anything to service. HELP PLEASE. V has 2000 miles on it and I’m hesitant to drive it.
