My 2023 model is now 2024

My dealer just contacted me with the awful news – he said my 2023 model is now 2024 and it just came from the factory with no further explanation. Anyone know what’s happening?

My sales rep told me the only 2023 models being delivered are Debut Edition. He said all 2023 orders from the May 2022 order window will be asked to build an order for a 2024 model. My dealer has 6-8 2023 Debut Editions in house being prepared for delivery. Somehow one of them was unclaimed and I got it! He said my existing order from May 2022 was untouched. I had already received a puzzling email from the dealer with a link to bulid an order for a 2024 model. No mention of any incentive or any explicit communicaton that I was not going to get a 2023 model.

Glad to hear you scored! Thanks for the info, my dealer could only tell me that it was a factory decision! I did get an email from my dealer to reorder the 2024 with no incentive cited. I’ll call him about this info.
