Door lock and folding mirrors

It says in the manual that the car will lock and mirrors will fold when you walk away from the car. Has anyone tried this. It works fine when I lock the doors at the door or use the fob. (I have a 2020 CT5 premium luxury with the platinum package)

Mine did that automatically when I first got it last February. I didn’t like it so I dug into the “vehicle” settings menu and found a way to disable it. So my guess is that yours is disabled and you’ll need to re-enable it in the settings menu.

Good luck! I think the new “infotainment” interface is better than CUE, but still is not always intuitive to use.

I have those issues earlier but then after this issue of manual locking has been resolved by am auto locksmith near me.

I was having problems unlocking the door but locksmith has helped me unlocking the door.
