I don’t see a button for this feature but there’s a metal plate in the cup holder.

how old is your Cadillac? Make sure that the dealer actived the cup heater & cooler.

Pretty sure you need a Cadillac specific mug or cup for this to function. I did not have it on my ‘21 I don’t think…
