2021 Escalade Engine Issues

    June 2020, I placed an order for my new 2021 Escalade Platinum and finally took delivery in February 2021. We drove from Massachusetts to Naples Florida for the winter and then drove back to Boston in May. Yesterday I heard a rapping noise and the RPMS started fluctuating…the engine light was flashing and a few other lights stating the car need service. I had it towed to the dealer and just got off the phone with service stating that I had a bad lifter and that they are replacing all the lifters as reccomended by Cadillac. I have 5000 miles on the Escalade… I am not a happy camper!

    That sucks! I have a sport that started making a rapping noise tonight. Appointment set for tomorrow and I plan to have them tow it in. Did they replace all the lifters
