2021 Cadillac Escalade engine failure

    2021 Cadillac Escalade and service just told me that the engine is a complete failure and needs to be replaced. I was picking my son up from friends house around 11 pm when the car just shut down. On a dark, narrow road….on 4th of July, luckily the hazard lights were on but I wasn’t able to put car in neutral. Had several near misses to fast cars. Anyone else with this issue?
    Thank goodness we were not on the freeway.

    @Sun007 well that’s not great. Did you have the gas or diesel engine, and did they say what’s wrong with the engine?
