2015 SRX BLOCK HEATER CORD FIRST USE, FALLS APPART IN YOUR HANDS, NO COVERAGE

This just happened to my 2015 SRX in Canada. Tried using block heater cord for the first time and it fell apart as it unraveled. Real junk and $300. plus to replace. Not a good time, it also caused a GLITCH in the programming, the car needed a global reset, another $150. The dealership offered no coverage. Went to pick it up the next morning but they left it out side unplugged and it was frozen solid. they had to push it into the drive through for another day to thaw it out and charge the battery they drained out. What fun, what incompetence from a major dealer ship…There you have it for Cadillac quality and dealer support, just pay more…You`re welcome…
