The 2026 Cadillac Lyriq sees a slight increase in price compared to the 2025 model. The new base MSRP is now $60,695 for the base Luxury model equipped with the standard rear-wheel-drive setup, which represents a price increase of $705 or less than 1.2 percent compared to the 2025 model year.
Opting for all-wheel drive (AWD) instead of rear-wheel drive (RWD) adds between $3,000 – $4,000 to the vehicle price. As a reminder, AWD models include more power and torque since it is accomplished with the addition of a second drive motor. The price for each trim level and corresponding drivetrain configurations is laid out in the table below. Please note that all pricing includes the destination charge.
Trim Level | Drivetrain | 2026 MSRP + DFC |
---|---|---|
Luxury | RWD | $60,695 |
Luxury | AWD | $64,195 |
Sport | RWD | $61,195 |
Sport | AWD | $64,695 |
Premium Luxury | RWD | $64,695 |
Premium Luxury | AWD | $68,195 |
Premium Sport | RWD | $65,195 |
Premium Sport | AWD | $68,695 |
Signature Luxury | RWD | $69,295 |
Signature Luxury | AWD | $72,795 |
Signature Sport | RWD | $69,795 |
Signature Sport | AWD | $73,295 |
Lyriq-V | AWD | $80,090 |
Lyriq-V Premium | AWD | $85,290 |
As you can see, Sport models are $500 more expensive than Luxury models across entire trim level structure. As a reminder, the 2026 Cadillac Lyriq sees new trim level naming conventions. For the 2025 model year, the Lyriq was available in Luxury 1, Luxury 2, Luxury 3, Sport 1, Sport 2, and Sport 3. For 2026, those same trim levels are renamed to Luxury, Premium Luxury, Signature Luxury, Sport, Premium Sport, and Signature Sport, respectively. Aside from the names, the trim level structure and packaging remain the same.
Other changes to the Lyriq for the 2026 model year include the deletion of the Crystal White Tricoat exterior paint color option, which is replaced by a new hue called Vibrant White Tricoat. The battery-electric luxury crossover also gets an enhanced, 23-speaker AKG Studio sound system, which features four more speakers than the outgoing model. Shoppers should note that the 2026 Lyriq retains Apple CarPlay and Android Auto functionality, and is the only Cadillac model to do so.
Of course, the most significant change is the introduction of the high-performance Lyriq-V model, which starts at $80,090. The Lyriq-V is the quickest production Cadillac model of all time thanks to a dual-motor propulsion system that pumps out 615 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque, enabling it to sprint from zero to 60 miles per hour in just 3.3 seconds.
Deliveries of the Lyriq-V are already underway, and production of the 2026 Cadillac Lyriq began on July 28th at the Spring Hill assembly plant in Tennessee. Notably, the recent recall issued over a driver screen defect does not pertain to 2026 models as they are built with updated video display module software.
