2024 Cadillac XT5 Blue, Bronze And Red Accent Packages Unavailable To Order

2024 Cadillac XT5 Blue, Bronze And Red Accent Packages Unavailable To Order

Three new exterior packages were introduced for the 2024 Cadillac XT5 – the Blue Accent PackageBronze Accent Package and Red Accent Package. These packages, however, have now become unavailable, Cadillac Society has learned.

The LPO-level, or dealer-installed, Blue Accent Package (production code PDL), Bronze Accent Package (production code PDJ) and Red Accent Package (production code PDK) are all unavailable to order for the time being. It’s unclear why the change in availability has taken place, or when the packages could be offered again.

As a reminder, when they are available, each of the aforementioned exterior accent packages is priced at $2,995 for the 2024 Cadillac XT5 Sport, and bundle the following content (relevant production codes listed in parentheses):

Bronze Accent Package (PDJ)

  • Bronze body decal (LPO SB9)
  • Monochrome Cadillac emblems (LPO SFZ)
  • 20-inch Gloss Black wheels (LPO S2K)
  • Bronze wheel center cap (LPO 5ZD)
  • Black wheel lug nuts (LPO SPY)
  • Black wheel locks (LPO SPZ)
  • Tire Pressure Monitor ( LPO SD5)

Blue Accent Package (PDL)

  • Blue body decal (LPO SB9)
  • Monochrome Cadillac emblems (LPO SFZ)
  • 20-inch Gloss Black wheels (LPO S2K)
  • Blue wheel center cap (LPO 5ZF)
  • Black wheel lug nuts (LPO SPY)
  • Black wheel locks (LPO SPZ)
  • Tire Pressure Monitor (LPO SD5)

Red Accent Package (PDK)

  • Red body decal (LPO SB9)
  • Monochrome Cadillac emblems (LPO SFZ)
  • 20-inch Gloss Black wheels (LPO S2K)
  • Red wheel center cap (LPO 5ZD)
  • Black wheel lug nuts (LPO SPY)
  • Black wheel locks (LPO SPZ)
  • Tire Pressure Monitor (LPO SD5)

It’s worth noting that the 20-inch Gloss Black wheels included in each of the packages replace the 20-inch 12-spoke alloy wheels with Pearl Nickel Finish, which are standard on the Sport trim.

The 2024 Cadillac XT5 doesn’t feature any major changes over its 2023 model year counterpart. That means all engines of the 2024 Cadillac XT5 are carried over from the 2023 model year. The Luxury and Premium Luxury trim levels continue to be powered by the turbocharged 2.0L I4 engine (production code LSY) as standard, which is rated at 237 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. These models are identifiable by the 350T badge on the liftgate.

Meanwhile, the naturally-aspirated 3.6L V6 engine (production code LGX), rated at 310 horsepower and 271 pound-feet of torque, is optional on the Premium Luxury trim and standard on the Sport trim. These models can be identified by the 400 badge on the liftgate.
