The 2024 Cadillac Escalade soldiers on largely unchanged from its 2023 model year counterpart. That means it retains the same engine lineup, which consists of the naturally-aspirated gasoline V8 (production code L87), good for 420 horsepower and 460 foot-pounds of torque, or the optional turbodiesel 3.0L I6 engine (production code LM2) which produces 277 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque. Opting for the Escalade-V, meanwhile, outfits the luxury SUV with the supercharged V8 engine (production code LT4), capable of a whopping 682 horsepower and 653 pound-feet of torque. All transmissions bolt to Cadillac’s 10-speed automatic transmission.
Production of the 2024 Escalade kicked off in late November 2023 at the Arlington plant in Texas. Pricing for the 2024 Escalade starts at $83,890 for the regular-length model, or $86,890 for the Escalade ESV.
