The 2024 Cadillac XT6 gets only minor changes and updates over its 2023 model year predecessor, but it does gain three new exterior accent packages for the forthcoming model year – the Bronze Accent Package, Red Accent Package, and Blue Accent Package. Below, Cadillac Society details exactly what’s included in the Blue Accent Package.
The Blue Accent Package (production code PDL) is an LPO-level (dealer-installed) option for the 2024 Cadillac XT6 Sport; it is not available at all on the Luxury or Premium Luxury trims. Additionally, it cannot be outfitted in conjunction with the Onyx Package or Onyx Lite Package.
The Blue Accent Package costs an extra $2,995 to outfit on the luxury crossover, and includes the following content (relevant production codes listed in parentheses):
- Blue body decal, LPO (SB9)
- Monochrome Cadillac emblems, LPO (SFZ)
- 20-inch Gloss Black wheels, LPO (S2K)
- Blue wheel center cap, LPO (5ZF)
- Black wheel lug nuts, LPO (SPY)
- Black wheel locks, LPO (SPZ)
- Tire Pressure Monitor, LPO (SD5)
The included 20-inch Gloss Black wheels take the place of the 20-inch 12-spoke Diamond Cut alloy wheels with Dark Android Satin finish pockets (production code Q6N) that are standard on the 2024 Cadillac XT6 Sport.
Other changes on the way for the 2024 XT6 are related to its exterior paint color lineup, with the luxury crossover dropping three paint colors that were available for the 2023 model year, while gaining two new hues, bringing the total to seven available colors.
The engine lineup remains the same for the forthcoming model year, and the XT6 will continue with two available powerplants. These are the naturally aspirated 3.6L V6 engine (production code LGX), rated at 310 horsepower and 271 pound-feet of torque, standard on Premium Luxury and Sport trims, and the turbocharged 2.0L I4 engine (production code LSY), rated at 237 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, available exclusively on the base Luxury trim.
Production of the 2024 Cadillac XT6 began in June 2023 at the Spring Hill plant in Tennessee, where it is assembled for all markets except China.

I don’t know how they can call it an XT6 Sport, without another engine option, like a turbocharged V6, BOOM, no brainer they have those in their other Caddy’s, then they could call XT6 V Sport and then they would actually have something sporting to offer instead of a colour. Just saying.
