2022 Cadillac CT5 Will Offer New Radiant Package

The 2022 Cadillac CT5 will offer a new Radiant Package that brings a set of special accents to the luxury sedan.

The brand new Radiant Package is an LPO-level (dealer installed) upgrade that will be available exclusively on the Luxury and Premium Luxury trims of the 2022 Cadillac CT5.

The package will include the following content:

  • 20-inch alloy wheels with Polished/Dark Android Gloss finish (production code SSE)
  • Bright grille (production code VAS)
  • Monochrome Cadillac emblems (Luxury trim level exclusive, production code SFZ)

Unfortunately, we don’t have photos of the CT5 sporting the Radiant Package as of this writing, so pictured is a CT5 Premium Luxury.

Currently, Cadillac offers a similar Radiant Package on the 2021 Cadillac Escalade as well as the 2021 Cadillac XT4 and 2021 Cadillac XT6. When equipped with the Radiant Package, these models are dressed up with additional exterior accents that further enhance the luxury vehicles’ appearance.

The addition of optional monochrome Cadillac crests comes in the wake of the luxury marque’s transition to a cleaner black and white logo on its upcoming electric models. Cadillac began implementing the new monochrome badge across its social media pages and official website in October, but the classic multicolor insignia continues as standard on all Cadillac vehicles with an internal combustion engine (ICE).

The 2022 Cadillac CT5 350T will continue to feature the 2.0L I4 (production code LSY), rated at 237 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, as standard on the Luxury, Premium Luxury, and Sport trim levels. The twin-turbo 3.0L V6 (production code LGY) is optional on the CT5 Premium Luxury 550T, where it makes 335 horsepower and 400 pound-feet of torque.

  2. What good is offering a new package while Cadillac is not accepting new orders?

    • I sent emails to dealers to inquire about when 2022’s can be ordered and I get no response.

    • If i am reading this pdf build-out correctly the 2022 model year ordering is already complete for the 2022 CT5 before the cars are even available/shown. Not sure how this can be. https://www.bblfleet.com/fleetdocs/gm_buildout.pdf

  3. How can they call this a package with so little significance of the items included? And not sure but I thought the premium luxury models already had a bright grill versus the black on the sport and V’s
