Cadillac Mexico sales rose substantially in July with an impressive triple-digit growth rate. The results mark the eighth consecutive month of positive Cadillac sales in the Mexican market. In fact, the results reinforce Cadillac’s ongoing positive performance in Mexico, where the luxury marque has seen triple-digit increases since April.
The new Cadillac Escalade single-handedly responsible for the increase. In fact, sales of the flagship luxury SUV have not stopped growing since its introduction in the country at the end of 2020. In July, the iconic model set a new sales record in the Mexican market with 111 units sold, the first time in the last 15 years that Escalade sales have exceeded the 100-unit mark.
By contrast, the Cadillac XT4 and XT5 crossovers underperformed last month due to even more limited inventory levels than usual. Meanwhile, the CT4 and CT5 sedans have yet to go on sale in Mexico.
