The Three Factory Wheel Options Of The Cadillac CT6-V

Cadillac has only just begun to deliver the very first units of the Cadillac CT6-V to customers after quite a lengthy delay. Delivery status aside, one of the elements of Caddy’s large super sedan that has received very little attention are the wheels. In fact, buyers have three wheels to choose from, including a standard set and two optional ones.

One of the wheel sets measures in at 20 inches in diameter and 9 inches in width, while the other two are 20 inches by 8.5.

Standard CT6-V Wheel (RTH)

The standard, 20-inch CT6-V wheels are alloy units designated production code RTH. They features a three-split five-spoke design with an Ultra Bright with Midnight Silver finish.

From the factory, the standard wheels come wrapped in 245/40ZR20 summer-only GoodYear tires. It’s worth noting that customers are advised to not use summer-only tires in winter conditions, as it would adversely affect vehicle safety and performance, as well as tire durability. Meanwhile, unapproved combinations may change the vehicle’s performance characteristics.

Optional CT6-V Wheel (SHH)

The first optional Cadillac CT6-V wheels feature a polished finish and are designated production code SHH. These would be a great selection for those who desire extra bling on their Cadillac CT6-V, though they’ll have to shell out an additional $2,095 for the accessory-level wheels.

Optional CT6-V Wheel (5JO)

The second optional Cadillac CT6-V wheels are these Midnight Silver alloy wheels assigned production code 5JO. For what it’s worth, these are our favorite set of wheels for Caddy’s large super sedan.

Just like the other optional SHH wheels, these 5JO wheels cost an additional $2,095. At first glance this may seem like a lot of money for “just a set of wheels,” but the pricing is very competitive when compared to quality aftermarket wheels, and you ask us, we’d much rather have the backing of an OEM wheel.

While there isn’t a wide variety of wheel choices for the 2020 Cadillac CT6-V, we do think the three available selections are rather attractive. In fact, the majority of Cadillac’s new wheel designs have been top notch over the past several years.

See the three wheel options in the gallery below, then let us know in the comments section which set you would choose for the high-performance luxury sedan. Also, be sure to subscribe to Cadillac Society for more CT6-V news, CT6 news and 24/7 Cadillac news overage.

  1. I have the 5JO wheels on my 2018 CT6 Platinum. They were a $2300 option called the “Sport Appearance Package”. So far I have had to replace 6 of them due to potholes. Since they are 20″, they bend very easily………..

  3. I would go with the SHH polished wheels; simple but attractive design with a polished finish.
Similar to the optional wheels I have ordered for my new XT5.
