I have a vibration in my 2023 XT6 Sport which seems to occur at any speed but at only about 1500 RPM. I brought it to the dealer and was told that “all XT6s do that.”
I don’t think so! No codes showed up that indicated there was a problem.
I also get a high-pitched whistling noise when I park and shut off the vehicle, which lasts for about 45 – 60 seconds. The dealer said that they couldn’t duplicate the sound and that no codes appeared showing that there was a problem. When I returned home and drove into my garage and shut it off, the sound was very noticeable. I took out my phone and recorded the sound and sent it to the Service Representative, and was told that they would look into it.
Thast was about three weeks ago and I have not heard back from the dealership.
Not happy with these two issues.
Other than that, I think the XT6 is a wonderful vehicle.

Was there a lot of disassembly involved in switching out the halogen for LED conversion? Have you found any downside to making the switch?

– How do you install the new LED bulbs?
– Did you replace them yourself or did the dealer have to do it?
– Are you still satisfied with the switch?
