After patiently, waiting six months, my order status finally had went from “received, but not officially accepted by Cadillac” to “Your order Has been officially accepted by Cadillac and is due to move into production shortly” …. Finally!!!!! one week later, I wanted to see if it moved into production and I was told my current order status was “received by Cadillac but not officially accepted” WTF WTF WTF like is this real life ?!? after patiently waiting six months with no news after being initially told 4 months max for delivery on a black metallic sport three with Juniper Napa leather package. and now, a week later, the status reverted to the Status it was all along. I showed them the screenshot in the previous week and they had no explanation for why I was told this, but I was told incorrect information. This is just a nail in the coffin of the complete f#ckery that i have received from cadillac as well as the dealership and the start of this supposed Lyriq journey that started in June.. i am at a loss…. anyone else with any similar experience
