Similar to GhostSpyRacer, I ‘received’ a NACS DC adapter after using some of My Cadillac rewards (from the vehicle purchase) along with the cost of shipping.
I also miss the vinyl pouch that manuals came with in every Cadillac I have had since the ’94 DeVille. It is where I kept the registration and insurance card. I guess those should be on my phone now too.
I have a 24 Sport 3 The issues you have do not go away. There are times when I can not open the driver’s door. The app I gave up on it. tire pressure, the dealer can not do anything about it. When it rains can not back up slam down to a stop like you hit something in an empty parking lot. Every day it is something. But I still like the Lyriq. But I do not think I will buy another one the software has issues and no one to help you anyway take care
I’m glad you provided this info on using the Tesla Supercharging Station. It’s good to hear there were no issues using this facility. I wonder if GM/Cadillac will (now) provide new Lyriq users with the choice of applying their $1500 EV Charging option (for home-based EV charger installation or highway EV charging) towards use of The Tesla Supercharging Stations vs. the current charging vendor’s highway charging equipment. I would also like to ask if any current Lyriq owners have a Tesla Universal EV Charger (which the $1500 EV install option does not cover) installed at their home and if so, have there been any issues with the equipment? I have my 2025 Lyriq order in and I’m waiting for word on the build schedule.
I got my adapter 3 days ago and tried it out right away. The charge process went flawlessly, if a tad expensive. It cost me $8.50 to charge from 73% to 80%. But it was worth it to verify that the process works. I bought the GM adapter from the app. But I’ve seen YouTube videos where Lyriq owners used both the Lectron and the A2Z with no problems.
It depends on how you define “receive”. I “received” my adapter 3 days ago, but only after I first sent GM $225 ($254 with tax). So the answer is: YES, any Cadillac owner can “receive” an adapter – after they pay for it.
I’m running a Flowmaster setup, and it’s got that classic muscle car tone. Not too obnoxious but definitely turns heads when hit the gas. Great for the price too!
This is a nice question. Instead of relying on field personnel, GM could create their own films teaching everything about the Lyriq. Instructional videos.
If you use My Cadillac app (planner) on your phone or on the dashboard, it will plot your charging stations along the route. Or you could use Google Map, and it should plot route for you also. Try it to see if these options will work for you.
Sounds like you’re tackling a challenging project! Kudos for taking on the headlight replacement yourself—it’s no small feat. When it comes to choosing the right bulbs, it really depends on your preferences. LEDs are popular for their brightness and longevity, while halogens offer a more classic look. Just make sure to choose bulbs that are compatible with your vehicle to avoid any issues. You’ve got this!
It sounds like an issue with the driver’s door lock actuator. It might be failing, which is why the other doors unlock but not the driver’s door. You may need to replace the actuator to fix the problem.
I want to know if anyone display screen shows both Battery% and remaining miles during the operation of the vehicle. I test drove a Luxury 2 2024 and the display screen showed Battery% draining along with the miles as I drove the vehicle. I tried all the available Energy displays on my Luxury 3 with negative results.
Twenty for two Real GM engine filters…… Where ?
¡Hola!
I have an important question, I have a 2023 Cadillac XT4.
The actual size of the tires is Continental 245/45 R20
I am going to change them to regular tires. And I want to change the tires to the tallest ones possible without risking them touching the inner fender cover.
Maybe a 245/50 R20? Or even taller 245/55 R20?
As the Cadillac experts, What size do you recommend?
Thanks for your help

Hi,
I saw your post and noticed that no one has responded. I just purchased a 2024 Sport and was wondering the same thing. We live in upstate NY, Roch, and travel to florida in october. We have a route that we travel every year but now we need to adjust for charging stops. We go 90/79/19/77/26/95/295/10/301. Have you found any forums with helpful information.
